The 2023 Open House was about how art and music intersect with AI. The challenge was making that visual at a moment when AI imagery already felt clinical or cliché.
I pitched a different direction: instead of clean and futuristic, I wanted the system to feel glitchy, imperfect, and human. I built the look around hand-made pixel grids and waveform textures, all assembled manually in Photoshop because open-use AI image tools weren't really available yet in 2023.
The system stretched across digital signage, print, motion, and a full takeover of David Geffen Hall, reaching over 5,000 attendees.
